Our client is an Australian Owned manufacturer and distributor of high-quality products for the automotive, composite/fibreglass, surfacing and building and construction industries. We distribute to all states in Australia and New Zealand.

Our client has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing and product development, using innovation and partnerships with customers to suit their requirements

Their portfolio of composite customers ranges from small to large boat and cruiser builders, truck builders, spa and pool manufacturers, commercial and industrial users, and other fibreglass fabricators.

They are currently seeking a motivated & enthusiastic customer service & accounts representative to join their Keysborough based organisation.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Working with external stakeholders and most internal stakeholders in the business including procurement, sales, credit and management
  • Produce weekly and ad-hoc management reports and analysis
  • Managing Accounts Payable, including processing creditor payments, matching invoices to purchase orders, verifying goods received (quantity and price), investigating discrepancies, and data input
  • Providing assistance to Accounts Receivable, including banking, invoicing, and data input
  • Follow-up of Accounts Receivable
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance functions, data analysis using Excel, and other ancillary clerical tasks
  • End to end payroll processing
  • Understanding and following payroll procedures and related forms
  • Maintaining and updating employee records on payroll system (including Maintaining manual employee payroll records)
  • Complying with relevant legislation and regulations in co-ordination with Finance

To be suitable for this role you must have experience with:

  • Experience in accounts processing highly desirable
  • Excellent spreadsheet and document presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Being a proactive and a keen learner is a key requirement
  • Attention to detail and efficient
  • Excellent numerical ability and data entry skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Understanding of payroll legislation and processes i.e. tax, superannuation would be highly desirable
  • Have a customer service focus
