As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) you are the resident’s primary day to day contact. You will be responsible for providing care, social/emotional support and encouraging the resident’s social wellbeing.
Your role as a PCA will include but not limited to:
- Providing personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Be a team player
To be successful you must have an exceptional care approach and a strong positive “can do” attitude.
