Customer Marketing Specialist

Increase incremental vehicle sales via retention and loyalty activities.
Drive additional business revenue through service retention and parts/accessories sales
Subject matter expert & owner of all customer communications with a key focus on automation via Adobe Campaign.
Execution of a best in class Loyalty Program
Assist with development of companywide CRM
Exposure to all areas of the business, sales, aftersales and financial services and understand our dealer network and customers.
Working collaboratively with the A&O region to contribute to overall global initiatives.
