    It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working With Children’s Check, a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, clearance from the Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme and possess a current & valid driver’s license.

    About The Role

    Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer and working within a small HR team, this role brings leadership and expertise to the HR Management space. This is a generalist role and will manage the end-to-end process for any and all ER / IR related matters. In detail the role entails:
    • Ensuring ermha365 meets and adheres to all relevant legislative and governance requirements
    • Managing and continuously improving processes and procedures relevant to HR matters
    • Acting on feedback received through complaints mechanisms
    • Maintaining effective collaborative relationships with ermha365 staff, people managers and external stakeholders such as Unions, law and insurance firms
    • Continuously developing the capability of managers in people leadership skills
    • Maintaining accurate records of information
    While ermha365 continues to operate services through COVID-19 we are taking appropriate actions to ensure that our staff and the people we support are as safe as possible.
