Full Job Description
This role plays a key role in supporting the Workforce Development Team, part of the wider People Culture and Safety Team.

This role supports the Workforce Development Team in all administration functions for the area.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting the end to end coordination of professional development and training activities from workshop scheduling through to attendance, evaluation and analysis.
Supporting the administration of the Performance Development & Review (PDR) Platform including problem solving and managing queries from the business.
Coordinating and supporting Reward & Recognition processes and events including Chisholm Stars, Service Milestone celebration.
Managing end to end finance processes including Purchase Orders, invoicing and reconciliation.
Supporting other Workforce Development and People Culture & Safety projects such as Induction and other initiatives as required.


You will have tertiary qualifications such as a Certificate in Human Resources, Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience.

You will be a super organised person with high energy, attention to detail and a desire to deliver a great customer experience each and every time. Underpinning this will be your exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a collaborative ‘can do’ attitude and values aligned behaviours.

Crucial to your success, you will have proven experience in providing high level administrative support across a wide range of systems and processes ideally in a large working environment. You will need good organisational and time management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve while working with competing deadlines. The ability to quickly develop rapport with staff, People Leaders as well as external partners is a must alongside building a high level of trust and integrity.

Experience and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint is a must and a willingness to pick up other systems knowledge with appropriate support given.
