ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of an exciting team that helps realise the potential career goal of prospective students by matching their skills and aspirations with our courses. Your consultative approach, excellent phone manner and ability to understand and follow procedure will ensure applications turn into successful enrolments. You’ll be responsible for promoting the different courses and options to our warm leads with a view to turning these leads in to enrolments).
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- provide timely and accurate assistance to all internal and external customers with general inquiries
- perform and exceed KPI targets (including sales steps you might have used to achieve success)
- demonstrate outstanding customer service, in particular with inbound and outbound telephone
- demonstrate proficiency in using computerised customer relationship systems for the input and retrieval of data
Ideally but not essentially you will be a student, currently studying, with the ability to understand the needs of potential students in fulfilling their career goals. You will have a relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or working towards this and/or equivalent relevant experience. Moodle (or similar online learning system) exposure is desirable.
Crucial to your success is your reliability, punctuality and professionalism with a good sense of humour thrown in. You will have exceptional customer service skills with an excellent phone manner, in particular with inbound and outbound customer service over the telephone. Your motivation will drive your own success within the team. The team champions diversity and recognises the work/study/life balance. You enjoy and actively work with your team to achieve performance goals.
You will be a wonderful communicator who positively influences outcomes and gets the job done. Collaborative by nature with the ability to understand and follow procedure to ensure applications turn into successful enrolments. You’ll be responsible in promoting the different courses and options to our warm leads (students who actively contact Chisholm; your passion for customer service and your experience in sales will turn these leads in to enrolments).
