$83,593 - $91,119 per annum (plus super)

The Community Care department is looking for a highly motivated person to join its In-Home Support team located in Springvale. The position is primarily responsible for providing direction and leadership for the delivery of high quality client services that facilitate positive outcomes for clients. The role will plan, organise and monitor in home support service, ensure compliance requirements are met, and support a team of approximately 30 community care workers.
The applicant will need to have minimum diploma level qualification in a HR related discipline and relevant experience in managing a team, or tertiary qualifications in Social/Welfare and substantial relevant experience.
